What is the LawPolicy® 2000 Plan? LawPolicy ®2000 is a legal retainer plan available to you as a member of your Credit Union. For an initial yearly subscription cost of $225.00, single payment, or 12 equal monthly payments of $20 every covered individual will receive the benefits listed below. After the first year, and each year thereafter, the annual subscription rate will be a single payment of $125.00. a. A law firm on retainer for any of your covered family members' legal needs. b. A simple single Will for every adult member of your household residing with you at no additional cost. c. Updates of yours or any household family members' Will at no additional cost , whenever necessary. d. A credit of $100.00* per household per year towards the first service used by any covered member of your household the fee for which is $250.00 or more. e. Unlimited free consultations by telephone or in person with a plan attorney. f. Reduced fees. g. Convenient appointments at several locations in the Delawate Valley including Philadelphia, Media and Bristol , Pa, Cherry Hill, NJ, Wilmington, DE and others. h. Access to the Member Legal Service Network attorneys throughout the Greater Delaware Valley capable of handling nearly any legal matter you might have occasion to deal with. i. Referral service to attorneys out of the area. There is no cost for referring your case to any such attorney** LawPolicy® 2000 Plan is administered through the law offices of James W. Pearson, Jr. the attorney who has been providing legal services to Credit Union members and their family since 1976.
